You're selling that "water filled hole in the ground" a bit short I think.
Those holes could be worth many millions per year, taking large volumes of PASS that no one else can. We can store 6+ million tonnes in those pits alone. What price you ask? Well $40, $50, $80 or >$100 per tonne..who knows. Current lime treatment is probably well in excess of $100 per tonne.  Would not expect NAG to get too graspy with initial contracts. 

Gold investors probably haven't been keeping a close eye on the other streams of income that NAG can develop.

PASS could provide a considerable cash flow in the very near future and his cash will fund more Au exploration.

Not to mention the big gold miners sniffing around who would love to get the into the Nagambie zone.
