Option 1. Companies develop a social conscience and dispose of all waste properly, whatever the cost.
Option 2. The EPA monitor closely the chain, from source to disposal, and prevent illegal dumping.

What do you think will happen?

Me, I believe the EPA is under the pump to lift their game and their "hit rate" of dodgy businesses.

I've heard from a person, who should know, that the fellow who stored the barrels of toxic waste in Melbourne factories, may only be charged with breaking "regulations" not laws. The EPA don't even know what's in the barrels. I do hope they lift their game and become an organisation to be feared, obeyed and respected. I live in hope.

That hope is, of course, that NAG, having done everything by the book, gets every kg of PASS that comes out of the ground.

are you suggesting epa gave dodgy permits to current pass landfills? And do you have ANY evidence of current landfills not taking pass by the book?

on your country drive track, what was dumped on the side of the road pass or hard rubbish?
