They develop a fantastic product then they put in the fine print that you can use the product 3 times. just cut out the mum and dad market in a breath. $25 a hit get real.
That leaves by their own design just the pro market which is big. market doesnt like surprises and info travels fast.
the other problem is the remuneration and rights incentive package is very very very generous.
