I noticed the following 2 late trades after the market closed yesterday with great suspicion -AMA Late Trades 11.03.19 =2 Trades of 164 shares each trade???

Why would there be a pressing need to have 2 separate but equal trades of only 164 shares of AMA be exchanged as late trades nearly 1 hour after the market closed?
Hypothetically speaking, if 2 parties wanted to sell/buy 1 share of AMA on 164 separate occasions between themselves every time it looked like the price was going to run thought and past 98 cents, you could put the buy/sell orders in at a lower price thus keeping a lid on any potential increase in price so that you could get set at these prices. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
