    No target wants a suitor to buy well. Shareholders expect their directors to sell well. Nothing has been sold yet and there are many hurdles to be overcome. The bid has no premium built in and the scheme of arrangement has grey areas which are a worry. I think that's why the share price fell and now languishes - a sign that the market has less confidence in the process than the AMA directors appear to have. If the hurdles are overcome, the directors may get the demerger they want, but the acquisition of AMA by Blackstone will depend on what most shareholders think of the offer. The bid price would have to rise substantially to win my vote. This company was trading above $1.20 pre-bid. I wouldn't take 86c and an ACAD share for that.
