The new company? Do you mean the repair network that was purchased by Blackstone, the private equity firm. Or ACAD (what's left of the group)? The repair network will be owned by two of the blackstone funds along with Ray Malone's $150m and won't be listed on any exchange, ACAD will be listed on the ASX.
