Bionic Boy, did AMA's recent announcement not raise serious concerns with you?

I dont think the company would have got legal advice on this issue. Its a fundamental aspect of being a listed (or unlisted for that matter) company that once a divvy is declared it is a debt due end of story. I would be astounded if any director of an ASX listed entity was not aware of this. Then again ... I would suggest that Rob was just making reference to legal advice to bolster his statement that its payable, although didnt think of how it could be taken, back to PR 101 perhaps.

Anyway quite frankly Im very suprised that this email concerned you, but the recent announcement that led to the share price rout didnt cause you any concern. In fact you were predicting massive upward moves in the share price. On what basis I dont know.

Dividend is payable next friday from memory so for those holding on the record date lets hope this one doesnt go under before the payment is made? (not saying thats its definetly going under btw).
