why did they try to legally reverse the dividend.

Now they have to borrow it to pay for it.

What about the 5 million not being paid by a creditor.

It took me 15 email and 12 phone calls to get this response and they didn't answer those questions above...just tollding...maybe rgerettingly now they are legally forced to pay the divi.

Each time I soke to someone there...even a director....they had no idea whats going and said they get their information from the UK head office.

I reckon serioulsy...they will shut down the aussie operation and sell off AMA business's for what ever they can then a trading halt, suspensiion...then the "we are now unfortunately in volontary admin".

Stuff them...they are keeping us in the dark.
