    I thought the results were good and I think the interim dividend means they have absolutely no problem with cash flow.
    It also brings them into line with normal practices.

    As for the roll up, Looks like they are still actively acreting as well as intigrating what is already in the group.

    Synergy and scale gives these guys a fabulous position to be in and the CFO has just joined, so I wouldn't be too hard an audience.
