Now that the announcement is out and the Microcap Conference slides are posted, we can see how well the company has managed this. Commercial vehicle bullbars fits well with the existing passenger car bullbars operation and gives them about 50% of the alloy market and 20% of the overall bullbar market (alloy, steel and plastic).
The revenues of $11m pa from Custom Alloy increases overall AMA revenues by about 18% pa. That is a decent sized increase.
The acquisition of CA followed the wiping out of the bank debt and the removal of the banking covenants. They have done this very well, first with a capital raising at 35c to get enough cash to pay off the debt, and then following up with this acquisition which integrates nicely with existing lines.
Ray is saying that they are looking for more acquisitions, but they are also committed to paying and increasing the divs. That sounds very good to me.
