According to the most recent Annual Report, RG is on a package of $250 000 which includes his consulting and Director's fees. His fees are invoiced by EIG of which he is the Managing Director

Now payments of over $500 000 were invoiced by EIG to ROG in the six months to 31 December 2010 so for the full year this I imagine would be far more. Obviously, this is not all for RG as the half yearly accounts state that "EIG also invoiced consulting charges for other exploration personnel"

EIG are also involved with Regal Resources(of which RG is the chairman) and in other interests too.

Since the MD of ROG and EIG are one and the same, I think we have a right to know who makes up EIG, who the "other exploration personnel are" and how much they are paid
