Am I right or naïve in thinking that SUD is being kept down at 0.06. Just about every time that 0.06 is cleared it is topped up again?
Is this being controlled from an accumulator on the buy side? .....or maybe a team of accumulators on the buyside each picking up less than 5% each? …. or is it just me seeing shadows?
