Sure China has over-capacity problems and there is a real chance of a crash at some point but comparing Japan and China doesn't really make sense. Japan has an aging population where there are not enough young people working and paying taxes to support them. The situation is much different in China.
My view is there is some major infrastructure spending coming and it will be coordinated which will cause inflation. This will be good for gold and therefore NST. We are seeing real value here in my opinion.
