ECB, JCB fighting deflation. Once the property bubble in China pops - deleveraging plus massive over capacity , zombie SOEs, China pretty much will end like Japan and will resort to devaluing its currency and try export its deflation to the rest of world. I just the see the world heading to severe deflation and period of sustained low growth environment.
