Hmmm, now why would the heads get bought up to 13c, and the rights be left alone?
There is over 210K of KEYR available for a total outlay of 12.5c or less (including the 11c offer price).
Maybe someone should tap that poor buyer sitting on the bid at 13c on the shoulder and tell him.
am i missing something?
