Not a concern for me that the funding they announced previously ( Dec 17 ) as iminent , did not proceed.

My take on it is that for whatever reason , that funding proved not to be a fit. Was that a call made by the provider, or the company ? Who knows ,,, but obviously, it didn’t get done, so, they go back to the market for another option.

My own feeling, and it’s only that, is that the company decided they could do better than what might have been put on the table. If that’s the case, good on them for trying to get the best deal / terms possible.

My hunch is that an announcement - a positive one, will come before the agm which is scheduled for late Nov.
