To answer your post, for me we must be in the final stages of clearing the CP's (condition precedents)for finance.. i think it must be down to last 1 or 2... being independent consultants reports and on the coy side - the deals on offer, there will be more than 1.
Based on this news should be close, either good or bad based on normal processes as above..
