There's valid points made by all, perhaps the closure may not have much of an effect at all. I'm not sure that the future scheme for children will provide even close to the benefits the CDDS currently provides now. However no-one, except perhaps ONT management, really knows the effect the CDDS closure will have.

To be honest, I believe a disclosure from ONT of the total revenue derived from CDDS patients should be required, particularly given the price sensitivity of such an announcement.
