I run a dental practice and can tell you that with the end of the Chronic Disease Dental Scheme, a lot of practices, ours included, are going to take a huge hit to their bottom line. Some inefficently run practices will struggle to stay above water. About 30% of our revenue is from this scheme. While I'm not sure what amount of ONT's revenue is from the scheme, I can't imagine it won't have a similar effect. While it won't send ONT, or us, broke, the previously enjoyed revenue growth (and therefore profits) are definitely under threat. It might take a little while for this to filter through to the reports, but the current sp is pricing in continue profit growth. If their profits from one period to the next take a hit, the share price is going nowhere but down.
