    In regards to the cash level - as per the buyback material, OCL disclosed they have existing cash reserves as at 30 Sept 2011 of $17.1m. This may have been inflated by timing of receipts (most of their annual maintenance / licence fees are received in the Sep quarter). But that’s essentially how I got the $12m of net cash. $17m less $4.2m buyback proceeds.
