Here are a couple of negatives:
1.Your numbers aren't quite current. $4m of that cash has now gone to a Director, with him reducing his stake in the company, by way of share buyback by the company.
A Director selling such a significant stake says to me that he'd rather invest elsewhere, and he's on the inside in terms of company knowledge.
2.Major clients are Govt Depts who around the world are constrained in new purchases.
