You need to read the demerger booklet. Friday 3 June was the last day on which TAH traded as "Cum-Demerger", meaning after that date it was "ex-demerger", or "ex bonus". I believe if you purchased shares during the ex bonus period, you will not be entitled to the demerger shares in Echo. I could be wrong.
