I don't hold MED shares any more, so can't take part in an attempt to spill the board. To achieve that spill would be excellent, but I guess that the Gutnick family and associates lurk behind some of the names of the top twenty shareholders - nominees and various companies.

For example, one of the equal top holders of MED shares is Chabad Properties Pty Ltd. That is a Gutnick company.
In brief, I think any attempt at a spill would be out voted by those loyal to the current board. So what is to be done? We now know that ASIC is looking into aspects of MED. That would frighten the proverbial out of me, if I had anything that was out of order to hide. So I shall be interested to learn what ASIC does now. It had a reputation as a toothless organisation, but it has just been fitted with new dentures by the The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. I imagine they are looking for blood, to restore their reputation.
