My point remains valid. If uranium mining and extraction was stopped in 1969 but not forbidden then:
1. What was AEE thinking by promoting uranium mining in 2015? Did they see any risk in obtaining licenses and environmental approval?
2. What level of due diligence did sophisticated investors do prior to the 2018 legislation? Any? Did they know? Did they ignore the risks or think it was a worthy risk/reward play off? The mind boggles.
Related to this, the only risk I see with Tiris is country risk including licensing.
