The present legislation, without limit value for the maximum approved uranium content, does not require the uranium mineral (isotops U-234, U-235 and U-238) to be isolated or extracted from e.i. the concentrate before disposal / separate storage of the radioactive waste, or before the final non-uranium product is sold.
