There is clear shareholder disquiet with ALT's lack of progress with PeriCoach, inadequate information dispensed and the $0.003 ALT share price.
You need to be upfront on the fate of the company's previous flagship product, the company changing Auto Start Burette (now shelved?). Please consider your position on the present disquiet and your lack of response to shareholders' reasonable enquiries. This is not a good look for ALT.
The majority of the questions asked of you by Baanya on 22/2/16 were reasonable (including the example below), yet you answered none of them. Your reasons given, as included in baanya's post on 24/2/16 for your silence across all the questions (although a few appeared to be rhetorical), were, with due respect, untenable and came across as somewhat dismissive.
Why couldn't you have at least answered his following question? "Are there any further updates you can provide on the Auto Start Burette or has this product been shelved all together? If not shelved what % of ALT resources are being devoted to this product?"
Will you inform the market asap via an ASX announcement on the above question and at least the other five asked of you by baanya? Are you not obliged to by ASX continuous disclosure rules?
It appears indisputable that there has been a dearth of information from ALT. This is most concerning as, along with your deafening silence and the ALT share price of $0.003, may give rise to speculation of a near death experience. Is that the case?
