Already been happening with a number of other providers.

There has been a heap of gear set up to Derby to house both asylum shoppers and support staff. The key here is to remember that FWD are not the only providers in WA. There are quite a few, and they are pretty aggressive.

You would be staggered with the boom prices paid for these units - but recently I know a few have now got gear sitting in yards. We were talking capital payback in 12 months in some cases.

Drove past Northam centre last month - that must be costing a bomb to run. We will find out how much in mid September I reckon.
