good point. i also remember when NHC bought Northern energy ...northern energy halted but NHC didnt... so i guesss it could be someone local.
what i am wondering is why (assuming this morning's bid was from an ASX listed coy) they at least didn't acknowledge the approcach and continue trading while ACN did halt itself, if they are allowed to do that.
i guesss time will tell who it is!!
