The Australian Heart Foundation and Healthy Eating Guide from our health departments still recommend replacing butter with margarine spreads and to replace coconut oil with “healthier oils” like canola as your main cooking oil.
Margarine spreads and canola oils contain the very hydrogenated oils that cause chronic vascular inflammation that leads to heart disease. Our so-called health experts are ignoring the growing body of science by continuing to advise us to eat foods that are making us sick and killing us by the millions.
