Now , now boys - getting a bit personal. Why don't you do what a lot of your type should do, look at the facts. Wiluna (as differentiated from Apex) is not a "basket case", just a difficult project with a hell of a lot of potential. There have been plenty of "postings" confusing the facts, many uninformed and based on little or poor information. Firstly, the ore at Wiluna is refractory, just like Kalgoorlie. To say the U/G ore can be treated through the Oxide circuit (which is still part of the overall process)is a nonsence. The BIOX process works well and is (or was) up there with the best in the world. There is a hell of a lot of gold to be recovered (and discovered) at Wiluna but only by those that are prepared to do it propperly
