RFF is set to benefit from US tariff increases from increased demand as an alternative no tariff Australian supplier to India and China after the US increased almonds and wine tariffs and tax paid on almonds from 10% to 25% and from 48.2% to 67.7% for wine. Australian producers will also benefit by being geographically closer to China and then from 2019 are free to export almonds, wine and other products to China tariff free.
