Notice of initial substantial holder – IBA Health Limited (ASX:IBA)

We enclose, in accordance with Chapter 6C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), an ASIC Form
603 (Notice of initial substantial holder) from Allco Finance Group Limited (AFG) in relation to
IBA Health Limited.

Please note that the Allco Finance Group does not have any legal or beneficial interest in shares
in IBA Health Limited, but because it has a deemed relevant interest in more than 20% of the
voting shares in Allco Equity Partners Limited, Allco Finance Group is deemed under the
Corporations Act to have the same relevant interest in IBA Health Limited shares as Allco Equity
Partners Limited does. On 2 November 2007, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allco Equity
Partners Limited gave a notice to IBA Health Limited of an initial substantial holding in IBA
Health Limited shares, and it is those shares which are also the subject of the attached notice.
