Doctor, reasons for the SP fall stated by you are all correct....However a "minor" addition to all your valid explanation can also be this: The sudden and biggest SP fall occured with the sell/buying number of less than 1 million shares, something that needs to be taken into account when an analysis of the "big sell off" is attempted......
In other words, THERE IS NO PANIC SELLING BY SHAREHOLDERS of some substance.......
I expect major improvement in the SP by the end of the day.....
