That is correct.
Once a company goes into suspended trading the market depth gets wiped.
This is very positive IMO - once the company announcements what we hope is very positive news with regard to the vendors acquisition the SP will be revalued.
Looking forward to 2015 with OZB (what we hope will be 3D Group and no doubt a change to the ASX code and company name).
