BCL is in liquidation, SI6 (BML) has tenure in Botswana and is not, as far a I understand it are not in liquidation
The JV with BCL , liquidators needs to be sorted, that is where any cash should be spent in pursuing their rights to the NIi deposit , not to mention the Coal deposit
BCL carried out drilling on BML Botswana holding as part of JV and as they are in liquidation they are obliged to relinquish all information to BML and BML should now hold all rights !!
@Walter123 could tell you the exact situation, most knowledgable poster here.
