PLA has become a big boys play thing, with another 15m shares crossed at 17cents after the close today. You have to wonder who is doing all the buying and what they have got in mind?

I get the feeling the share price is being held down, so someone can accumulate. Nothing has fundamentally changed over the past few months but the share price is half of what it was.

I can only see upside from here.
