I think they are missing out with Pinterest because it is house related/female orientated.

Mining Companies outside of the ASX300 are required to provide a quarterly report. I think that should apply to all Companies outside the ASX300. But I doubt ASX would like to lose those listing fees as many would go private. Self regulation does not appear to be working.
