At some point there is going to be consolidation of gold miners like NST, EVN etc. They will want to grow organically, ie extending current mine life or buying new mines or merging to achieve yet further scale and cost efficiencies.
My thesis is to hold on for the ride, the margins that these Aussie gold miners achieve assures fantastic cash flow and dividends as well as capital growth. At this point it’s a lottery on picking which ones to accumulate but in the long run you will win.....
