Mate, IMO if you want in, then now is the time to get in. You're in a good position (I'm assuming) if you get rid of (cash-in) your speccies and jump onboard EXS train. But it must be now. Do not procrastinate 'cause you may just miss out on the oportunity of those lovely franked divies. Then even after the issue of the divi, there's still lots of NPV to keep us going onward and upward for years to come. You have just said EXS keeps staring you in the face... It's screaming out "Buy me!"
But hey, you do the rest of the research yourself. Don't come in just because I said so.
