When you do such a large program, time tables can move about a little bit. They are doing a lot of lab work at this drilling rate.
Perhaps the company is going for a much larger assay cross section. Im sure they could have released results a while back, but it might make more sense to release a larger cross section of results. The more they get to know the ore body, the more likely things can change.
We have all seen companies come out and release a few decent holes and try and get the market moving, but that’s just a sugar hit as people don’t get much of an idea of scale. The upfront exploration model is for 300-500k Oz at the moment. I’ll be very happy if the results keep that on track. The rest of the 5km strike will look very enticing at that point. Gold is still A$1728 , so after last nights drop, it’s still higher than a couple of months back. The short term issue all stocks face is people playing tax games. You would not normally sell a stock like this at this stage of the game. Dyor.
