    * Cash: plenty of it, with $M's more to come. Could be a high as $8.5m
    * Small No Issued Share: 250m
    * Very Tight Registry
    * Smart Board & Management, capable of using Cash to identify and secure great RTO for shareholders
    * Small Market Cap: $3.5m
    * Cash Backing per Share: currently 1.1 cent; upside to 3.5 cents (after receipt of final payment)
