Possibly a good entry price here... Fleming Special Opportunities Fund have just become substantial holders... they are no mugs.
Yes there has been a lack of actual exploratory work, but they'll get drilling sooner or later, and when they do the sp will start to rise.
Might as well get in now before concrete drilling plans are announced.
