Here's the bit I'm trying to get my head around:

* Prelim Annual Report comes out 18/08 and no real change to share price
* Share price goes sideways / up until it peaks (for period after prelim Annual Report) on 09/09
* SP falling ever since (save for the rumours about BHP sniffing around around 18/09)
* Annual Report comes out 19/09 with the same key numbers as the prelim report and the SP continues to fall

AGM is still almost a month away - will it hit $5 before then?
