Yes NHC have already announced they are no longer a substantial holder. They have most likely sold the rest of their shares or at the very least "accepted". They do not need to let us or the market know anything once they fall below the substantial shareholder threshold.

At 49%, this game is all but over. The final step is full payment to all shareholders and in a timely fashion please!!
