Compulsory acquisition is not automatic - on reaching 90% Langbridge can choose to acquire the remaining shares by compulsory acquisition, but do not have to. In their Bidders Statement Langbridge have indicated if they reach 90% they will consider whether to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares.
