You make some valid points but why cannot someone else come in with another bid? There is still around 60% OF SHARES not accounted for so I assume and stand to be corrected if someone where to come along and offer more can be a possibility? Please explain like others why this can or cannot happen? I understand once 51% plus occurs but at this point isn't there still a chance for other interested parties?
