the WCL Board has recommended we accept the LB Offer.
Bid has now been extended to 22 July.
If you are not back by 22 July, and if you wish to accept, you can get your broker to accept on your behalf. Or sell on-market of course, even easier, but lesser price ATM.
Payment for those who accept offer is 21 days from close of offer, or 1mth from date of acceptance. So worst we can do if w eaccpet offer, is wait for 1 mth to get our money it seems.
