I'm not sure what they can disclosure and what they can't
They have to toe the party line, until the party line changes...
Currently, the party line is something like shareholders will not get any returns
So unless the creditors cancel the liquidation or they sell the mine for a reasonable (and large) sum, then they have to continue to toe this party line - you get nothing, nil, niente, zilch!
...
But, it ain't over - is it?
