Just wonder if the "liquidator" FH knew about the $25M USD cash settlement from Norilsk received in the H2 of 2015 financial report during the VA, given they disclosed it as "confidential" in the VA report (undoubtedly shock by it if they didn't know and also shock by it if they did).

Their VA report on the 31/03/2016 says the following and compared that to the financial report 15/06/2016 that shows that massive $25M USD cash injection!!!!!!

"We understand that the Norilsk dispute has since been settled and the commercial terms of which are confidential."

It's possible that these major secure creditors/majority share holders did do something stupid and agree on the cheap sale price last year, and this delay might allow them to stop it.......maybe.
