Wow!!!! Excellent find, so now we know they aren't even funding the C&M cost, and then there is another ~$10M USD VAT refund to re-start the mine (and again they don't need to fund it)!!!!!.......interestingly, the VA report mention it was an "undisclosed" settlement, a lot more question for FH.
PAN had to do a $20M AUD CR to restart the mine, MBN doesn't.......
